Handling & Care
JPK Maison porcelain is dishwasher-, oven- and microwave-safe. Gold and Platinum pieces need extra care.
If you use a dishwasher we recommend selecting a low-temperature program without exceeding the recommended amount of detergent. Please load all of the pieces securely in the dishwasher so they can't be dislodged by water action, touch other items or get chipped.
You may hand-wash your tableware with warm water and regular dishwashing liquids using the soft side of a scrub sponge – please do not use the abrasive side of the sponge as it will scratch or damage the surface of the decoration, especially gold or platinum.
Whichever washing method you choose, for gold and platinum decorated porcelain we recommend that afterwards you wipe it off with a soft cloth to preserve the shine of your decoration.
Microwave
Please do not put gold and platinum decorated porcelain in the microwave as the percentage of metal used for the décor is high, and thus the tableware should never be put in a microwave. All pieces without gold or platinum décor are microwave-safe.
